Reservation and Cancellation Policies

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Booking your Trip You may book a trip with Luxury Expeditions Travel by contacting us at +51 983712229 or via email at info@luxuryexpeditionstravel.com. Our team will craft a bespoke itinerary tailored to your luxury preferences and specific requirements. By approving the final itinerary and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

B. The Reservation Contract A legally binding contract is established between TRAVEL & EXPEDITIONS LUXURY-PERU S.A.C. and the Client upon receipt of the required deposit. The individual submitting the reservation warrants they have the legal authority to act on behalf of all named travelers.

C. Trip Deposit Due to the highly customized nature of our services, an initial deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required within three (3) days following itinerary approval. The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. Note: Prices do not include Peruvian sales tax (IGV). Foreign guests eligible for exemption must provide a valid passport and immigration documentation (TAM) showing less than 60 days of stay in Peru.

D. Changes and Rescheduling by the Client Any amendment requested after confirmation will incur a service fee of USD 50.00 per person, plus any additional supplier costs. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to arrival and are subject to a fee of USD 300.00 per person. Specific tickets (Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu, Inca Trail) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

E. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following conditions apply:

  • 60 days or more prior to start date: Refund less non-refundable costs (Machu Picchu, trains, flights) and an administrative fee of USD 250.00 per person.

  • Between 59 and 31 days prior: Refund less non-refundable supplier costs (hotels, domestic flights) and an administrative fee of USD 400.00 per person.

  • 30 days or fewer before start date: Treated as a No-Show; no refund will be provided. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

F. Our Responsibility Luxury Expeditions Travel acts as an agent and, while taking all reasonable precautions, shall not be liable for injury, illness, damage, natural disasters, or social unrest beyond its direct control.
